Applications are sought for one post-doctoral research associate (RA-I) at the Department of Physics, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI), aimed at dynamical aspects of Conformal Field Theory, Gauge-Gravity duality and its related areas. This position is funded by a Core Research Grant of SERB, Govt. of India (CRG /2021/004539)

Project title: Dynamics and Chaos in strongly coupled QFT: Deformations and Boundaries

Co-Principal Investigator: Arnab Kundu (SINP)

Eligibility

• PhD. in any of the above mentioned areas.
• Candidates who have submitted their thesis, but have not yet received their degree may also apply.

Duration of the Project: 3 years

The selected candidate will join the group of Bobby Ezhuthachan and will interact and collaborate with the corresponding group members as well as with Arnab Kundu in Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics. The selected candidate will also be encouraged to work independently.
