Seminar-Workshop: Seminar on ‘Scattering Amplitudes and Flat Space Holography.’ by Dr. Partha Paul (Post-Doc fellow, CHEP, IISc Bangalore)
Type: Seminar-Workshop – Seminar
Event Date: 01 Mar 2024
Venue: PB-MS-102
Campus: Belur Campus
Department: Physics

Abstract: In this talk, I will outline some of the basic features of celestial holography, one of the approaches to flat space holography. The key claim of celestial holography is that there is a putative 2D CFT on the celestial sphere (aptly referred as celestial CFT) which is holographically dual to the quantum gravity in 4D asymptotically flat spacetime.
